Who's the REAL Psycho?

Just yesterday, a video was released of the song "Am I a Psycho" by Tech N9ne, Hopsin, and BoB. The song takes a step on the wild side, exploring the mind of a "Psycho". Now this was not my first time hearing the song but it was my first time hearing Tech N9ne and Hopsin on this track. In June 2011, a mix-tape was relaesed by DJ Whiteowl in which the song was featured, only it was recorded by Joell Ortiz and Pharoahe featuring BoB, as a remix. Now personally I think that the remix was better than the newly released original. However, I don't speak for the entire hip hop community. Tell me: Who is the better psycho? Listen and decide.

Dear readers I am sad to announce that today we lost another great. Etta James died this morning at the tender age of 73. So today rest your ears on her beautiful sound.

Set the Tone for the YEAR!

Happy New Year Readers! I hope everyone has enjoyed there holiday as much as I have, and are now going into this year with a new attitude. If you haven't got into the swing of things just yet here is something that will put you in the mood. New Rock Sensations Queens of Sheba, consist of two lovely  black women, Bibi Bellatrix (guitarist) and Rita (vocalist). I couldn't sleep last night/this morning so I decided to tune into MTV to check out new vids. So, B.o.B. has a new hit single with Lil' Wayne called "Strange Clouds." I didn't expect to see the Decatur, GA rapper with grills but hey, I guess that's what is still in in the rap game. Nonetheless, check him and the YMCMB leader in this new vid!

Restore Your Creativity

Now is the time when we start thinking about our plans for 2012. What we wish to be seems more like reality because we are given the chance to stat a new. When the time comes to show and prove we procrastinate and loose sight of those goals.
This year, I implore you, to restore your creativity and open up to all the possibilities around you. Now this can be applied to both your fashion sense and life in general. No matter which you choose to apply it to by trying new things and taking more risks you open the flood gates for more opportunities. The Wonderful World of Betsey

Every fashionista knows that the Betsey Johnson brand is synonymous for eccentricity with funky patterns and unmimicked styles. Last week, I relieved myself from finals with some retail therapy. I picked up 2 pairs of Betsey Johnson tights: solid purple ones and fishnets with a bow design going down the outer part of the leg. The purple tights can be paired with a black ensemble to brighten things up or coupled with peep-toe heels that you'd never think to put on during the cold season.
